A new chapter is taking shape
Something thoughtful is taking shape.
Koru is an emerging design company exploring the relationship between space, material, light, and the objects that shape our everyday lives.
A practice of thoughtful making.
We believe the most meaningful designs do more than occupy space. They shape how we experience it.
Koru is being built around an appreciation for thoughtful ideas, honest materials, functional beauty, and the details that make ordinary experiences extraordinary.
From the atmosphere of a room to the character of an object, we are interested in design that feels considered, purposeful, and enduring.
We are at the beginning of our journey, and this is where the story starts.
Our creative world.
The territory Koru intends to explore. These are directions of interest, not a list of services currently on offer.
Three perspectives. One evolving vision.
Koru begins with three creative minds united by an interest in design, the built environment, material exploration, and the possibilities of thoughtful making.
Ideas are becoming things.
We are exploring new ways to work with light, materials, objects, and space. The process is ongoing, and we look forward to sharing more as our work takes shape.
All imagery shown represents early explorations and concepts. None are finished commercial products.
